    Our solution


    We created a program were employees were trained interactively in how the competencies are linked with behaviors, that are linked with the ability to reach their business goals. Global competency framework was translated to local needs



    All managers are trained and equipped with a tool-kit to support their performance appraisal (PA) discussion with direct reports; including assessing strengths & weaknesses, prioritizing development needs and completing the IDP.
