    The existing leadership development program did not cater well to prepare new leaders in this role; especially in Asia where growth is fast and competition for talent is strong.

    TARGET HIGH POTENTIAL LEADERS

    We supported the development of high-potential leaders across Asia, by designing bespoke  training and coaching materials used in regional development programs.

    PRACTICE LEADERSHIP COMMUNICATION

    After the training, each leader received a tool-kit to practice communicating vision and values to their teams, and guide the translation of global direction, into local actions by their country teams.
